Dark navy dress.

Dark navy sequin dress. Only worn once during a pageant awards ceremony. Sequins shine blue, pink, green and gold. Has a zipper in front and in back. Front zipper can adjust how low cut it appears. The sleeves flair and it shoulder pads for great look. Shoulder pads can easily be removed if want. This is a designer SAMPLE size 4 so it never had tags.
