A neat, genuine leather high waist belt. With the traditional Ed Hardy "Love kills slowly" quote wrapping around neat skulls and hearts. This belt is lined on the outside with a tiny strip of ruffles on the top and bottom for a cute, dainty look even though this is a definite statement piece. The design and colors really pop in real life. Please note this is a High Waist belt. This is a size Medium but it is way too small for a regular sit on the hips Medium belt. My opinion this looks to be meant to be worn higher up as a high waist belt. I would say this is meant for someone who has a very petite mid waist. Again please see pics! :)
