ronjones842 First I must tell you that I absolutely love both of the bracelet that I ordered , very unique. unfortunately when the cross necklace came the chain on it was broken it’s not one you just attempt to add a link to because it’s a box chain which is one of the reasons I bought it.Without all the forms and nonsense how would you suggest that we exchange the one I have for a new one. It looks almost as if it was cut while being wrapped because the brakes are at equal amounts from the closure of the necklace. Do you have another chain like this.
