Good Lad Black and Plaid Holiday Dress NWOT Size 24 months Top is soft black velvety material Bottom is red and green plaid taffeta material Buttons in back Inner skirt is lined with black tulle Tie sash belt- there is a single loop in back which I am guessing is to help with the belt Messurements Pit to pit 9 inches Length 20 inches Smoke free home. NWOT Dress has never been worn just has price tag ripped in half. Note last pic of inside of skirt which appears to be where the tulle is sewn on the inner skirt. Not visible unless you are up under the dress.
