Flirty and airy with two gathered tiers. It’s lined from the waist to the first tier. AND IT HAS POCKETS! It’s 62% rayon and 38% polyester. The lining is 100% polyester. Machine washable, hang to dry. The waist measurement is 33” and the length is 36”.. So light and flowy for summer and in perfect condition!!
