Lip Service skirt! Vintage with their signature Rose tag! Black and grey vertically striped on a textured crepe fabric. Full snap up front and ruffled bottom hem with lace trim. Side-zip closure The snaps are functional, but there's a lining underneath that shows when you unsnap them. I think this skirt would look awesome if you tuck or cut the lining shorter then wear it with extra snaps undone! A snap near the top, middle, and at the very bottom are missing their backing (so they don't actually snap), but since most of the snaps are still there, they keep the missing ones aligned. It'd be easy to hide some safety pins for extra security if you wanted, but I don't think it's necessary. Overall excellent condition! Size 24 and the fabric has some give.
