This is a Russell Athletic Men's Green T-Shirt with a Pilot Club International Patch that has been attached to the shirt. This shirt is a vintage shirt with one seam on the sleeve and made in the USA. This shirt is a size Large (42-44). There is a very minor spot on the front of the shirt. I photographed it and pointed to it in the photo. Measurements for this shirt are 21 inches from pit to pit and 27 inches from the back center collar to the bottom of the shirt.
