Vintage Rare Victor Costa Red Black Satin Striped Gown Maxi Dress XS. Rare unique Vintage Victor Costa gown maxi dress. From 1970s or 1980s. Red & black alternating stripes in satin finish. Cinched in waist with peplum ruffle. Full skirt with tulle underneath. Plastic boning in bust for shape. Straps seem to have been added. Zipper closure in back works perfectly fine it just didnt fit my mannequin. There a few minor flaws (see pictures) but considering the age of the dress it looks amazing! None of the flaws are really noticeable when worn. Blends in with the print and ruffles. Size XS Approximate measurements: Bust: 30" Waist: 24" Length: 52"
