Vtg Miss Elliette Capelet Maxi Dress Navy Blue Indigo Polka Dot Women's 14

This is labeled and listed as a women's 14, but this is a vintage piece and runs small...please see all photos for measurements. Navy blue/indigo in color.  **The polka dot print and crochet trim originally was white but is now a light purple because the blue colors have blended into the white when washed.** The lining also has some discoloration--as highlighted in photos. The armpits have a slight discoloration, but I believe it's actually just the lining that is discolored that peeks through the top layer as it is a little sheer. However, the armpit discoloration isn't entirely noticeable as this dress is a caplete style and is covered by the layer. There is also a small stain on the bottom crochet trim--nothing bad but worth mentioning and highlighting in the photos. Otherwise, in good used condition. No rips or holes.
