Stretches at top, Laying flat it is 12”, stretches to 18” armpit to armpit. Length from shoulder top to bottom hem is 25”, is lined with a cotton fabric under the embroidered lace mesh. Cute for a nightie or as a Easter dress, or for a birthday! From my nonsmoking home, lightly worn in good condition, no stains or holes. Color like in the 1st pic.
