The zipper is difficult but I don’t think that is the sellers fault I think that is the way the dress is constructed. I have it in another color and it is the same way. But none of my other Elizabeth and James dresses are like that I just think it’s is the way this one is constructed. The seller sent a pretty dress that I love!
