shaylyne81 It costs them money to create the site as well as maintain it. They also have to pay people to assist us if there are issues. As was stated above, it is a choice we make to utilize this place so that we can sell things we aren't using.

robbilen1 20 percent is very reasonable considering resale shops charge 50 - 60 percent. Posh gives us a platform to expose our items to a bunch of amazing women giving us and opportunity to make money and new friends while shopping/selling in the comfort of our home. We set our own prices and collect our money timely unlike most consigning establishments who offer 1x a month check pick up and "they" determine the price to sell "your" items. Just my 2 cents😊👯 Hope I don't offend anyone😘

198800 Yes I agree it's annoying sometimes especially for the higher priced items lol but they do deserve a cut since they maintain the app and do all the extra work for us :)

198800 Also this app/website is much nicer than other apps or websites such as ebay which just is ridiculous with hidden fees galore! So posh I think deserves their cut! :)

demitria67 @evylape86 this is just 1 of the reasons why I'm leaving Posh. There's other apps that take only 6o/o. I'm putting a lust together for others. PM knows they have computation. I wrote them. If you want the list. Let me know. Plus there's 1 app that does trades only! 😎

There's a list in my closet with all the names of the apps that take 6o/o or 0o/o listed in a comment I made on no more trades or not closing my closet listings. Shoot I can't remember where I put it. I got nasty emails from PM about many things they didn't like & said they will just delete me permanently from PM. Oh yeah. If you want the "LIST" let me know. eternalibra T r a d esy takes only 9%😊But Posh is the best in my opinion, (although I do wish it was only 15%), I have the most sales on Posh than any app and receive the best customer service. Vint is the WORST, thre@dflip customer service sucks, eb@y and merc@ri take out nothing but you have to have 🅿️🅿️al, who eventually take out 8% anyway. Eb@y and merc are good if you want to get rid of random stuff, you can literally sell anything there. Hope this helps!

seasidegirl @evylape86 ebay takes out 30% of your final selling price and they just changed up again and now you pay them a percent of your shipping price ! I am very happy with Poshmark. Not only does it share your items around the world I have also made some friends! Worth every penny to me.
