@amctac I wanted to reach out to you here in private, because there were a lot of issues with my box. I can see how busy you are so I’m sure it’s just a mistake, but I must have been sent a $35 mystery box on accident, when I had paid for a $50 luxury box. I really wanted to order a lot more from you if this first box turned out well, so I’m hoping we can work something out. I’ll describe the problems in another comment..

@amctac So your $50 luxury listing says you get 10 full sized, high end products, I asked if instead, I could do maybe just a few full sized, and the rest be strictly deluxe samples. I wanted to start with a skincare box but then the only full size thing I really wanted was a naked pallet. I wrote a lot of the brands I wanted, and you said you could fill my requests. And the box I received was this..

@alydon84 the luxury box doesnt give an amount of products. I didnt know you wanted full sized. i gave you sunday riley and different brands you requested but specific things i let you know i didnt have. there would be no way for me to financially sustain if i gave 50$ palettes for a 50$ lot and many other items. i didnt have naked palettes at all anymore and let you know this. Im so sorry if we were both not communicating well. how would you like to fix this

@amctac it was PACKED with little travel and packet samples (and I get that stuff free all the time), things I didn’t even know were included in this like several mini perfume/colognes and mini hair products, several makeup items in colors and types I had said I didn’t want, and a lot of off brands I’ve never even seen. (I’m an avid shopper through Sephora, department stores, etc, I’m a makeup artist so I know my brands well)..

@amctac The really disappointing items were a large plastic bottle and a coozy holder, that took up almost 1/3 of the box and have nothing to do with beauty products. I promise I’m not trying to be mean, but there’s only a handful of things I’d use, and I didn’t get even one product I requested. Plus this just isn’t the type of box I ordered. I’m hoping we could work something out. Since I accidentally got the $35 type of box but I paid $50, could I pay $35 for a $50-60 box?

@alydon84 yes .aam we sure can. I used a bigger box then i normally use for the lack of space, the waterbottle and coozie were just gifts i included for the summer which i included on every pacakge but yes for sure we can work something out! i want my customers happy and I am so sorry

@amctac if you couldn’t do a pallet for a $50 box that’s ok, but it did say somewhere that you only give a palette for boxes that are $50 or more. And I thought maybe since I wasn’t asking for any other full sized products, but instead just deluxe samples, it may have evened out or maybe I was asking for a little less that way. Nbd on the naked, I was just mainly wanting deluxe samples and if you didn’t have things, a full size or 2.

@amctac I hate to be a pain and I know mistakes just happen. Returns are very difficult on here, so all I could think was letting me pay $35 for a $50 box to even out. I’d love to work things out cause you’d get a ton of business from me. I’m just wanting to see how a couple of these smaller $50 boxes go first.

and i can give you a palette with your purchase it just cant be a real expensive one like naked. I have tarte, sephora, smalled urban decay, too faced etc

It’s just nothing I was really trying to get. But I’ll gift things out to people 😊. And don’t be sorry! I can tell how busy this makes you! So anyways, instead of trying to get the deluxe samples box, can I just do the 50-55 box the way you advertise it for?
