dannalc Hi deylin! So sorry that the packaging for your sweater was subpar. Can you let me know what the condition of the package was when you received it so I can improve in the future? This was only the second time I used a tyvek envelope for shipping and I was sure that it would be strong enough by itself, though it obviously wasn't.

deynp @dannalc Hi! The bag came completely crumpled. But the important thing was that the sweater is in good condition and I love it. I would rather use the bubble mailers padded envelopes. Seems like they are stronger and the clothes don't wrinkle that much. But besides that everything is good, fast shipping and I appreciate that. Thanks!!

dannalc @deynp I used to use the bubble mailers but they are all flat rate so I try to avoid them now. I've heard great things about the tyvek envelopes but I agree that bubble mailers are better. I'll look into purchasing them instead in the future! Anyway thanks for getting back to me and I'm glad you love the sweater ☺️
