Customer X receives item. “ The package was beautiful. Love the jacket but it doesn’t fit me ” To what I replied “ I’m glad you love it, the measurements are clearly listed in the description. Perhaps you could re-list or pass it on to a customer ” Customer X give ONE STAR. Reason? Marked other. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL SHIT!!!!

What happens the only time I buy something here? a bundle btw for which I paid the full price. Thrown into a USPS envelope all together and that’s that.
