00 royal blue hoco dress

·this is my hocoming dress from 2 years ago and im finally going to part with it ·this dress has been altered to a 00/xs ·we also added the a royal blue ribbon as straps ·im 5ft and have 4inch heels on for reference ·only worn for a few hours and still has tags on it ·beautiful dress and fits great on a small build with it being right below ankle length and a simple small train I think brand is betsy and adam
