This is a rare antique heirloom - ornamental gold hanging round wall plaque frame with typical signs of wear. Historical imperfections include aged discoloration and fading to the inner velvet lining along with few grey markings on center plate. May present with vintage adhesive residue adhering plate to velvet fabric. No obvious crazing, chips, breaks, or repairs. This unique piece features a porcelain plate depicting a hand-painted putti illustration, two cherubs at play in the clouds. Due to the nature of the frame, I cannot confirm any French Limoges markings or other maker's mark on the backside. The back does have a covered backing with attached wiring - ready to hang.
