cuddleupcrochet @teacherlana oh I have RA and I think crocheting actually helps me except I have over done it and really caused myself some awful pain at times too

teacherlana @kathleenlent That’s great that it helps, though! I have genetic hypermobility and haven’t really found anything that helps, but repetitive motion definitely hurts.

cuddleupcrochet @teacherlana oh I am not familiar with that but I'm going to look it up...I try to avoid RA medications as I'm afraid of them...I take hot bubble baths everyday to help...heating pads and ice packs too
