1. State Navy/White Floral Dress

Wonderful condition, beautiful and elegant dress! 6 functioning buttons. Skirt is lined, top is not, but I didn’t feel the need to wear any undershirt of any kind because of the dark color. Side zipper closure. The tie is meant to be worn in the back, but could work in the front as well! Slightly longer in the back than the front. Feel free to make an offer!
