1 State halter style smocked dress

1. State off shoulder halter dress (see third photo for an idea of what the neckline looks like). Only wore this dress once for a wedding last summer. Waist is a smocked stretchy material. A very true size large. Background color is black with lavender and yellow flowers. Hits me a little above knee at 5’8. Really nice for a spring or even summer wedding.
