1 of a Kind Handsewn Cotton & Flannel Quilt with Appliqued Embroidered Pockets!

A vintage Seventies one of a kind handsewn child's quilt made of quilted cotton appliqued with 12 large flannel pockets appliqued on the front hand-embroidered with charming pictures of animals and nature - a monkey, an elephant, butterflies, ladybugs, chipmunk, giraffe, owls and more. The flannel pockets have room for a child to "store" things in and to have fun maybe drawing more pictures of the animal on each pocket or finding pics in magazines to stuff each pocket with their own things. FUN! In good condiiton -- pen marks on the rear and one small place on the edge where stitches are loose. Nothing of real note wrong. Dimensions are 56" X 40" NO odors.
