1 set of 2 antique (?) framed illustrations, each is

I know absolutely nothing about these two small framed illustrations / prints other than the fact that they’re very interesting and very cool. I bought them at an antique store in Julian, CA, many years ago—they’re exactly the same today as they were then—even the jerry-rigged hanging apparatuses on the backs of each piece. One is a scene of old ladies taking tea, the other is old men playing checkers. They’re kind of tintype-ish in style. The frames are lovely, imo. And that is the extent of my knowledge!
