edionne @filly860 Hi Sherry! Based on your dimensions, I believe this dress would look beautiful on you. It would be snug on and under your chest (depending on cup size). An elastic seam creates a flattering shape while the rest of the dress is loose, cascading down. The dress has a lot of movement due to the cut and fabrication. Really great price too.
