Beautiful vintage postcard that harkens back to an era of letter writing and correspondence between family, lovers and friends living cross the country (or world!) from each other!
This particular card is “From Your Dear Mother” and sent to Olive, Oklahoma with no address - just the name Mrs. J. Snook.
Written in RED - May 28, 1909
Oklahoma was admitted to the union in 1907.
I have multiple postcards for sale - some are international and all are most likely from the 30’s and 40’s. They once sold at auction (see number 79) and once sold for 50 cents a piece. I received them from a family member.
Condition is Antique - May Have Wear and Discoloration
