100% Cotten Vintage Mini Skirt XS

This cute little mini skirt is true to size and in fair condition. The frayed hem adds a lot of character. In person it’s a dark forest green color. Pairs well with a pair of tights and some boots for winter! The skirt is 14” long and 11 1/2” inches measured across the top. It’s also 100% Cotton. The pictures show the measurements as well!
