The 501 ‘81 is a mom jean fit that is loose through the hip and thigh with a tapered leg and super high rise. The inseam on these is about 31 inches, and should sit right above the ankle. Be aware that these are 100% cotton and don’t stretch at all, so I’d say if you are a 26 in stretchy jeans then these should fit fine.
