100% Pure Mongolian Cashmere Overcoat, Hughes & Hatcher, Camel color

My husband's Grandfather's Overcoat, 100% Mongolian Cashmere, a Hughes and Hatcher Exclusive. Slight tear on the small inner pocket inside the velvet front pocket, and some tear in the lining has been stitched and a small additional tear near stitching. Slight wear on the front from buttons and some loose stitches on the back of the collar. See photos. No sizing marked, but guessing it's a Large. My husband is 6ft, 175lbs and fits him well, he can wear with a suit.
