godstxgirl @dwfore Sorry for the late response, I was out of town. I guess it would depend on your height if this could be a dress or not. It could for sure be worn with leggings, etc. It is 27" from back of neck to hem. Bust measurement is approximately 18 " from underarm to underarm. It is beautiful. Reminds me of orange sherbert.
