The two front and back flaps fall over the waist ties. Twist the skirt to move the flap to the front, back or other side. This piece is designed for versatility - releasing the waist ties allows you to pull up the front flap of the skirt around your neck, creating a long dress with a draping back detail. Catch the end of the skirt and pull up to tie around your waist for a mini dress style, or fold the top down for a mini skirt.
