100% Silk Scarf Chickadee on Lilac Bandana

I love birds, and the spunky chickadee is one of my favorites! The birds are on the softest lilac colored background, with a black border. Scarf size is 20 x 20 inches – bandana size. What I love about this size is that it does not add bulk when worn around the neck, and can also be used as a head bandana, or a lovely accent on the wrist or purse. I usually tie these scarves on two diagonal corners, making a perfect, impactful accessory around the neck. Fabric is 100% silk crepe de Chine. While printed on only one side, the colors also show somewhat muted on the back due to the semi-sheer, airy quality of the fabric. Hand-sewn tag. My 100% silk scarves are designed in the Pacific Northwest, inspired by the beautiful natural surroundings and memories of my childhood in South Africa.
