Thrift store gem! The fabric is an upcyler’s dream. Measured flat: 19” bust, 17.5” waist, 20” hip, 31” length Condition: Light stains, a 2” tear, poorly sewn neckline. There’s potential here, I just will never get around to the project I wanted it for.
