100% wool purple winter dress coat Size 8 No brand name that I could find, just Made in USA tags. Reddish Purple with black velvet collar / trim, fully lined. Note, the color is a reddish purple, not a bluish purple as shown in some of the pics. The mismatched colors shown in the picture are shadows, not discoloration. This coat is beautiful. Very good vintage condition with just a few pinholes in lining (see pictures) and a small mendable tear in the back seam of the lining. Two front buttons are off but not missing. One was in the pocket and there is an extra button sewn inside the coat so all front buttons can be sewn back on. Measurements: Pit to pit : 20" Width: 24" (approx from pocket to pocket - back) Sleeves: 24" (approx from shoulder to cuff) Overall length: 48" (shoulder to bottom hem) All of my wool dress coats were dry cleaned over 20 years ago before storage in a chest in my attic. This coat should be dry cleaned again to freshen it up and eliminate wrinkles. This is a long style midi length coat that comes below the knees. My daughter is modeling the coat in the pics. She is 5’ 8” tall, 140 pounds.
