100% cotton button up shirt

Thick 100% cotton casual style button up shirt. Deep front left pocket. Each sleeve buttons at the bottom. Last button on shirt is cracked, but is not seen unless attention is drawn to the area (see pic). Dark blue and dark green vertical stripes.
