100% cotton gingham pants size medium

Handmade gingham tan and white pants I am a size medium with a 30” waist. These fit perfect except the waist is a little too high for me Measurements included Well finished and overlocked (see photos) Large pockets Waistline stretches from 30” relaxed to 40”+ fully extended 100% cotton Wide leg trousers I paid $7/yard for the fabric and am pricing to reflect that.
