100% cotton skirt from India with elastic waist

Beautiful patterned cotton skirt from India with working drawstrings that have bells at the end. Pattern is burgandy, yellow/burnt orange, black, and tan. Peacocks, flowers, elephants, camels - very cool design. Some frayed threading on bottom, pictured. I have other Indian cotton pieces that are vintage and they just get softer and softer with each wash. Approximate measurements Elastic waistband flat is 10 inches but stretches to 16 Length is 24 inches
