shristova @lili2709 hi, sorry for the delay! The measurement from the side right under armpit to other side under armpit, across the bust is around 19 inches. However this js when I put it on. The sides underneath the armpit are material and are stretchy so there may be another inch or so if needed. Please let me know if you need any other information.
