100% wool maxi length coat with shawl collar that can be worn as a hood

Deep eggplant colored 100% wool, maxi length coat. Color is dark so almost a neutral and will go with a variety of outfit colors. Fully lined. Button detail at cuffs. Can be worn open or button closed (shown both ways). Has inside button so the lapels lay nicely. Spare button sewn into inside hem at bottom of coat. Shawl collar can also be worn as a hood (shown laying a bit more flat and also showcasing as a hood)! I only wore this coat once to a formal event over a formal dress, and being in the Midwest, the ability to wear a hood in case it snowed is what drew me to this as most overcoats don't have a hood! This coat is of a substantial weight (100% wool) - it will keep you warm even if you are wearing a mini dress! Would look great worn casually as well over a sweater and jeans!
