10K Gold Left Facing cameo pendant Oroamerica

10K Gold Left Facing red agate? or frosted glass ? cameo pendant Oroamerica the pendant is marked 10K and OR in a heart which is Oroamerica brand. I was told it was agate, all my research says agate but it looks like and feels like frosted glass to me whatever it is it is still very pretty . The very pretty delicate gold tone chain is I believe gold filled very difficult to read the marks on the spring clasp see last picture, with my magnifying glass I think I see 120 -12 . the spring clasp also shows gold wear . The gold chain is not branded . I believe the image of the young girl is made of plastic . A very pretty piece very delicate . The chain measures 24" inches long, ruler and tape measure in pictures above, the dress forms neck measures 15". The cameo measures ~ 1" x ~1/2". Questions are always welcome . Agate? glass ? is kinda in the reddish orange color family.
