10K yellow gold lb created ruby ring

I have had this laboratory created ruby ring for over 30 years. Beautiful red ruby heart ring set in 10K yellow gold with baguettes on the band. I am not sure if these are diamonds or cubic zirconia. There may be one diamond missing but they are too small for my eyes to tell. I paid over $400 for this ring before gold prices are what they are now. Smoke free home, very good condition. I just don't wear much yellow gold anymore.
