10KT Yellow Gold, Pink Sapphire and Diamond Claddagh Ring

Pretty little hot pink sapphire and diamond claddagh ring. Ring size is 4.25. Heart shaped sapphire is approximately .85 carat (see pic with size chart) diamond is approximately .03 carat. Ring is stamped 10K and “KEY”. Stones have been tested with Diamond Selector II. Not sure if they are natural or lab created. Beautiful little ring either way.
