10k White Gold Pear Cut Diamond Ring size 7

This Beautiful 10 K white gold ring features a pear cut "diamond" center and diamond chips on both sides. I tested the stone and it test positive as diamond HOWEVER i am not a diamond expert and never trust the reader so unsure if the diamond is real or size or clarity.
