dalijat @misscherri do you know any more details when I did my research synthetic and lab gemstone such as sapphires can have inclusions. How old is the ring? Did you have a jeweler examine the ring? Thank you so much.

misscherri @dalijat I'm sorry I have no additional details and it was not reviewed by a jeweler. It came from an estate clear out of a older woman in her 80s.
