10k solid white gold and 18 natural diamond necklace

this is a solid thick and heavy 10k white gold and 18 natural and authentic round faceted diamond heart pendant set on a solid 14k white gold chain in exelent condition. this will be cleaned and polished to perfection before shipping apon purchase I haven't touched this piece yet and it will look brand new before I ship it . this isn't a cheep piece of jewelery it is very well made by and Italian artisan and all the materials are high quality. we purchased this many years ago in a coastal town in Italy on vacation many moons ago. the only difference is the chain we put a 14k white gold chain instead of 10k.
