10k yellow gold topaz? diamond? pear teardrop ring

I believe this is a swiss topaz with diamonds. it looks like white gold behind the diamonds, marked 10k in the band. Love how sturdy the topaz is set and how substantial the setting is overall but I'm trying to buy a different ring! If I were to guess it's a size 7! make an offer! ✨
