machele32 Oh my god i am mortified iam so upset it looks as if they dropped it and ran it over with a steam roller it was so beautiful and worth so much more than i was giving it to you for.i am soooo sad right now Poshmark are we going to have to wait a month for results

hmykimmy As soon as i opened up my mailbox and picked the shipping envelope up i could feel the box was flattened. I had to use 2 pairs of pliers and pry it open. Then there layed the ring all caved in bent. I was heartbroken. I paid $140.00 going on 2 weeks ago and i received this. It actually looks like the jewelry box and ring was ran over by a car. Its It's totally unacceptable. It has tore my nerves up so now i am just waiting for Poshmark to contact me back

hmykimmy @machele32 Posh just approved the return so I will have it shipped this evening. I was looking and it seems that you can file a claim with USPS. If you do i would take pictures & send them.I will follow your closet and please follow mine. On the cross charm, you said I can keep it, but I was wanting to make sure that you didnt change your mind. If so I am going to go ahead and give it to my daughter.
