11A. This IZbyer Navy Skirt is fun AND works in an office setting. Try it with a camisole and sandals and you are ready for an afternoon out shopping or an evening poolside gathering. Pair it with a silky sleeveless shell and pumps and you have comfortable, appropriate office attire. The skirt has a soft straight waistband across the front and an elastic waistband across the back. The sheer overlay has a small silky box pattern and the skirt is fully lined with a navy slip. Pull on. Measures 18" from waist to hem (includes 2" waistband). Machine washable.
