Has elastic in the back and elastic and buttons inside to adjust waist width. Made of 65% polyester and 35% viscose. These pants were advertised as long, when purchased them. They were shortened to a standard 12 Month length. Extra material remains in the hem if your little one is tall for 12 Month. Excellent for Christening outfit. Bundle and save!
