1/2 button up shirt dress w/ ribbon tie & pockets

Very cute shirt dress 1/2 button up and short sleeves with some ruched detail on shoulders. Good button design that prevents the dreaded "gap." I've been told I look like Claire Underwood in this dress. Smooth feel fabric. Has pockets!!! Comes with a tie for a more cinched look to show off waistline or it can be worn straight and loose.
