12-18m little bipsy jacket

Stylish plaid jacket with a hood. Features button closures and front pockets. Perfect for layering. 12-18 months . Was in the basement. Needs washed. There is something on hood but I’m sure it’ll come out in the wash. Photos show wear condition.
