EUC 12M Rare Editions dress with bloomers

Adorable seersucker spring or summer dress from Rare Editions. EUC, only worn once sadly. The dress is in purple check with appliqués of daisies and bees. There is green ruffled trim around the neck and bottom and a purple bow at the top. Size is 12M but I think it would fit all the way up to 24M. Offers welcome! Smoke- and pet-free home.
